6. Pickup and Towing

• Free towing/pickup may be included with accepted offers where available.
• Pickup times depend on location, schedule, partner availability, and your cooperation.
• You must remove all personal belongings before pickup.
• You must provide safe and legal access to the vehicle.

7. Payment

• Payment method may vary by buyer/partner and location.
• Payment is usually completed at pickup, after the vehicle and paperwork are verified.
• CashSellCar is not responsible for changes to payment caused by inaccurate information you provided.

8. Title, Ownership, and Liens

• You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to sell the vehicle.
• Title and document requirements vary by state.
• If there is a lien, loan, or ownership dispute, you must disclose it.
• CashSellCar may decline or delay a transaction if ownership cannot be verified.
